Church Member Pro version 1.2 has been out for a while but no official announcement was made. You can download the new version from the online store. This version has some new additions as well as some bug fixes. I hope that you will enjoy using the new version.

I recently ran across and issue that was not caught before and it has to do with the forum_answer table for the forums. The issue is that two different topics could have answers with the same a_id. In order to fix this issue, log into your phpmyadmin or whatever you do to administer your database, and set a_id to the primary_key and then set it ti AI which means Auto Increment. This should fix any future issues.

The next version that is being worked on is CM Pro-1.2. There’s been a few bug fixes as well as a few new features which I will explain one by one. The first new feature is groups. Church Member Pro is finally here. Church Member Pro uses the same code base as Church Member Lite but with a few modifcations and some significant additions. The pro version has more of a social network felling, but it will be extended to have the necessary functionality that a church management system should have. An updated demo version of Church Member Pro has been uploaded. If you registered before last week on the Church Member Lite demo, then you should already have a test account for the pro version.
